If you were forced to build a nice upper-end home within the city limits of Jefferson, where would you choose? Remember it has to be within the city limits.

I would buy 3 or 4 homes on Chestnut on the East side of Russell Park. I would demo them and build my McMansion there, within walking distance of Redfern's and the Elks Lodge. Plus, all the parties I would have could spill over into the park, making use of it for once.

I would also have 8 or 10 of my Mexicans clean up the park every day, so that I would not get in Dutch with the town fathers.
